Fall Academy Enrolling Now — Every Kid Welcome · Las VegasFall Enrolling — Every Kid Welcome

For Parents · The ELiTE Standard

Your questions,answered straight.

You're not signing your kid up for a program. You're trusting people with your athlete. Here is exactly how we handle the money, the safety, and the hard conversations — in writing, before you commit.

The Promise

Every kid is welcome.Every kid gets developed.

The Academy has no tryout and no bench — every athlete, ages 6–12+, trains three times a week from day one, and beginners are our specialty. Your athlete leaves better than they arrived: as a player, as a teammate, and as a young person their community can count on.

Every number, in writing.

Before your first payment, the full cost of the season is in writing — monthly dues and everything billed separately. Nothing new mid-season. Dues are month to month; cancel with written notice.

If money is the obstacle.

Ask. Scholarships and payment plans exist, the conversation is private, and it never affects how your athlete is coached.

Equal development. Honest roles.

Every rostered athlete gets coached by name, corrected in private, and given a specific thing to work on. Equal development is a promise. Equal reps are not — roles are earned at tryouts, judged on skill, effort, and coachability.

What It Costs

No surprises.

Club sports go wrong when a bill shows up that nobody mentioned. Here's how ELiTE handles money — everywhere we operate.

The arm. The heat.The head.

Arm care.

Pitch counts and required rest days tracked every outing, following Pitch Smart limits by age. No athlete pitches through pain.

Heat & weather.

Water breaks are scheduled, not requested. Training is shortened, moved, or called when the heat index says so. Lightning stops play for 30 minutes after the last strike — and cancellations come before you leave the house.

The head.

Any suspected concussion ends the day, no exceptions. Written clearance from a medical provider before the next rep.

Questions We Get Every Season

Ask early. Ask directly.

Yes — that's the whole point. No tryout, no cuts, no bench. Ages 6–12+, every skill level, and beginners are our specialty. Every kid trains three times a week from day one. Tryouts only exist for the club rosters above the Academy — and Academy training is how athletes get ready for them.

No. Fundamentals, rules, and confidence come first. Coaches meet every athlete where they are and give them one specific thing to work on. Improvement is the only requirement.

Message the coach before, not after. Missed sessions aren't credited, but they're never held against a kid who communicates. That's part of the training.

Good. Multi-sport kids are better athletes. Tell us the conflicts early and we'll work around them — school teams and exams always win the calendar.

Every rostered athlete gets developed — that's a promise. Equal reps are not. Roles are earned at tryouts every fall and spring, judged on skill, effort, and coachability. Midway through every season, each athlete gets a ten-minute sit-down: where they are, what's next, what to work on.

The 24-hour rule: playing time, roles, and coaching decisions are never handled at the field or right after a game. Wait 24 hours, then contact the coach directly — athletes are encouraged to speak for themselves first. Not resolved? The program director. Billing goes to the program office. Safety or medical: call, don't message.
